Mother Mary Teaches How to Break Through Your Pain Cycles

You are going to love this one. Practical. Powerful. Relief. My shadow is a master at maintaining my pain cycles. Surrendering them is never as easy as I’d like it to be. I believe that all my pain cycles were originally created with the best of intentions. My child-self created beliefs, mindsets, behaviors, and reactions based on what she thought was best at the time. And they all served me well until they didn’t. That’s when they became a pain cycle and I continued to be too afraid or unconscious to give them up. One of my biggest and badest pain cycles is punishing myself for everything I missed out on due to my pain cycles. Ingenious really.

Mother has taught me with infinite love and patience that I can’t know a thing until I do, so therefore, I haven’t wasted any time or missed out on anything. That belief is just part of the pain cycle and has no real basis in how the energy of life works. This shift was a big leap forward in my emotional maturity. Now when I know I’m shifting inside and regret comes up, usually in the form of the thought, imagine what your life would have been like if you’d done this years ago, I breathe through it and find the gratitude that it’s happening now and that whether I have a day or decades to enjoy the outcome of the transformation, it’s enough. I’m enough. Life is enough.

Every time you become willing to transform a part of or a whole pain cycle you make it easier for the rest of us. So I say to you, thank you for your courage, tenacity, and love. After all, we really are in this together. What pain cycle are you shifting now? I’m moving through my anxiety pain cycle and loving the movement. Thank you for watching. Please share this with your friends and all those who you think might resonate with Mother’s presence.

Love,

Danielle

  1. Danielle,

Thank you to you & Mother Mary for sharing this wisdom so freely. This was so helpful… just what I needed to hear. I’m looking forward to the challenge of taking apart the pain cycle of not enough. This now feels doable and provides me with a clear road map. Yippee!

    With appreciation,
    Kathleen
