How To Use Your Breath To Bring Balance And Calm Whenever You Need It

I’ve never been stellar at living my life without anxiety. I come from a proud heritage of worriers. Even after decades of doing my best to live a conscious life, I am often amazed when I discover another level of anxiety and worry that was normal, until it wasn’t. When I become aware of a pocket of worry that no longer feels normal, I know I’m being blessed with the choice to let it continue or let it go. What once dwelled in the unconscious or normal realm of my existence all of a sudden feels intolerable, like a splinter under my skin, not fatal, but so irritating I have to get it out.

Many of you have known me long enough to know that complicated techniques for transformation don’t hold my interest. I’m simple in my needs and so simple in my solutions. This video teaching of Mother’s hits just the right note with me for two reasons. The first being that it reminds me that simple does, and most likely always will work best for me. And it’s important to state here that I need ongoing reminders of what works best for me because my shadow is quick point out that if something is too simple, it can’t be effective and I’m too advanced for something like that. Of course you can guess what happens next; I talk myself out of doing anything and find myself sliding into that pit of chaos and drama.

The second is that solution is only a breath away. There is no exclusive club that holds all the answers, of which I’m not a member. Rather something as simple as breathing consciously in a way that calms my being can bring a whole new perspective on any situation. Simple. Free. Available to all.

Enjoy!

Love, Danielle

  1. Thank you for such an eloquent, beautiful talk on the sacredness of breath.
I am very grateful for this timely reminder- both for me and for all the others out there who are becoming increasingly anxious in this exponentially changing time. Thank you❤️

  2. Dear Danielle,

thank You very much for Your work! I enjoy it every time to listen to the speech of Mother Mary.
It is interesting, that she does not talk about technics, because it is most important in the beginning, to breeze consciously and thankful. That is very relaxing and brings joy forward.

    Loving greetings
    Helga

  4. Thank you Mother. Your teaching on our gift of breath, so simple and yet, profound. Your words, “find what works for you.” Thank you for your love and care.

  5. I really, really love listening to you when interviewed and listening to Mother Mary even more. Both of you calm my heart and give me hope. I love Momma so so much and I thank her for the unconditional love, the help, the tenderness showed all my life, especially during my darkside of the soul.
Please keep doing this amazing work and thank you both for your presence in my life. A deep deep chackra hug.

  6. Thank you Danielle for bringing through Mother Mary and sharing her with us. I love this video. Breathing has helped me many, many times when I’ve been in pain or afraid! Just hearing Mother’s voice and her perspective is not only empowering, but feels so loving:)
