Quite the title I know, but of course Mother more than lives up to it. It’s my experience that at the heart of a spiritual life there is the transformation of quality over quantity. What I want becomes less important compared to what I need. When my needs are fulfilled I experience a quality of life that makes it much easier to manifest my hearts desires because I’m flowing from a strong foundation. I used to think my needs were the pesky things I had to deal with in life, medical issues, food, clothing, shelter, balancing my checkbook, so I could move on to the good stuff. But now, recognizing I have needs beyond the material and that I’m the one that is responsible for making sure they get fulfilled, has been the vehicle for my transformation from quantity to quality.
It’s still not easy to delay fulfilling my wants. At times they can feel all powerful. And if I don’t have that certain something right now, the vague fear that the result will be very bad can feel almost unbearable. Before Mother taught me to pause, (impulse control) I took feelings like that as fact and acted to obtain that thing immediately. That behavior, more than anything else, fueled my drama and got me into a lot of trouble.
As my mindset around quantity and quality continues to shift, I find that I’m less inclined to strive and push to be more, I’m acknowledging more freely that I already am more. I just need to take the time to discover that in the depth of my Being. Now I apply it to everything, what I purchase, relationships, and how I treat myself, body, mind, and spirit. Not only is it a relief to embrace the quality of life, for me it’s become a sacred practice.
I’d love to hear if this mindset is shifting for you and if so, how? Please leave a comment below and share Mother’s wisdom with your friends. Thank you so much for watching and sharing!

Danielle
Dear Danielle,
Appreciate your relaying to us Miriam’s message which goes beyond words. How humble of her to say Namaste – Higher Self in me bow to the Higher Self in You!!!!!!!! In my understanding this is another version of the Magnificat. I checked the Magnificat is also called the Song of Mary.
Thanks, Namaste!
You’re so welcome dearest. I didn’t know that connection but I love how She weaves all these things together so we feel it in our soul even when the mind doesn’t know exactly what’s going on. Hugs to you.
Great, thank You, Danielle, for this new reminder of Mother Mary!
It`s so easy to understand, but to use it daily, every hour, we have to stay concertrated while doing things, thinking thoughts and feeling for self and others.
But it`s fun to get it on and stick with it and experience the effect of rejuvenation….letting the inner child cheer up again.
Daily life is so much easier if we stay on that track……
Joy in lessons- lessons in joy.
Thanks, Daniele, much love to You
Helga
